Application Process to Bali Dialysis Center
As Bali Dialysis Center, we provide a world-class, comfortable and reliable treatment environment for all our patients who have been diagnosed with kidney failure and need to receive hemodialysis treatment. We have made our application processes as fast and easy as possible for our patients who will register for the first time, our transplant patients who want to transfer from another center, or our guest patients who are in Ankara for vacation / business purposes and want to receive temporary treatment.
Required Documents for New Registration / First Time Dialysis Patients
For patients newly diagnosed with chronic kidney failure and given an indication for hemodialysis by a nephrology specialist, having the following documents with them during their application to our clinic will ensure that the procedures are completed quickly:
- ID Card / Passport: Current photo identification document belonging to the patient.
- Medical Board Report: A valid dialysis medical board report obtained from relevant state or university hospitals, stating that the patient needs to receive hemodialysis treatment.
- Nephrology Specialist Physician Report: Documents summarizing the patient's medical condition.
- Current Blood and Laboratory Tests: Blood test results from the last month, especially including viral marker tests such as HbsAg, Anti-HCV and Anti-HIV.
- Epicrisis File: A detailed list of the patient's existing comorbid diseases (diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, etc.) and prescribed medications used.
Required Documents for Patients Transferring from Another Center
Patients who wish to transfer to Bali Dialysis Center while already continuing their treatment in a different dialysis center due to house change, service quality expectations or personal reasons can be transferred with great ease. The following documents are requested during the application phase:
- Detailed transfer epicrisis or discharge summary obtained from the previous center.
- Dialysis medical board report.
- Recent (usually last 1-3 months) monthly laboratory test results (Viral markers are mandatory).
- A copy of the patient's last dialysis follow-up forms or seance details specified in the epicrisis.
Guest / Holiday Dialysis Application Conditions
We offer "Guest Dialysis" service of a quality that will not search for the comfort in their own hometowns for our patients coming to our city from outside Ankara for various reasons (vacation, business trip, relative visit). In order for your vacation or trip not to be interrupted due to your health problems, you should contact us a certain time before your trip (if possible at least 1-2 weeks in advance).
- Creating an Appointment: You need to inform us of the date range you want to come and your seance days (Mon-Wed-Fri or Tue-Thu-Sat) by calling our center.
- Sending Medical Documents: It provides great convenience to forward your current laboratory tests containing your last viral tests (Hepatitis B, C, HIV) and your dialysis treatment protocol (Epicrisis) obtained from the center where you are constantly treated via fax, e-mail or our WhatsApp communication line.
SGK and Pricing Coverage
Bali Dialysis Center has a full-scope agreement with the Social Security Institution (SGK). Routine hemodialysis treatments of our patients within the scope of SGK, doctor examination during treatment, nursing services, routine monthly laboratory tests, all dialysis consumables used and dietitian services are completely free of charge (no difference fee is charged).
